To Whom it May Concern:

“Our facility uses Smart Clean Plus in a fogging application to control pathogens that may be surviving in the air handling systems. In a dual use room where at one time of day raw product is processed and earlier that day Ready-to-Eat products are packed, spoilage micro-organisms and/or pathogens have opportunity to cause problems. We have used Smart Clean Plus for two years in this room and to date have not had a positive Listeria result on swabbed surfaces.”

Sir or Madam,

“For the past year our store has been cleaning the floors and the meat room with the Smart Organic product, Smart Clean Plus. Since using this cleaner our meat room has a better appearance. This product does not cause rust when left overnight. We have used Smart for two years.”

Dear Sir :

Heart of Texas Biscuits, Inc. uses Smart Clean Plus for cleaning the dough and baking equipment. We like how easy it is to use with minimal amounts of water. We have no pathogen issues common in the baking industry.

To Whom It May Concern:

“Our facility uses Smart Clean Plus to soak cutting boards in an over the weekend application to control pathogens. At J.K. Paty Meat Company we pack raw beef, pork, turkey and chicken filets. By soaking the cutting boards, the pathogen loads are controlled because the Smart Clean Plus has a long term residual value. Additionally, we clean the meat injector with Smart because it does not harm gaskets while cleaning.

We have used Smart Clean Plus for two years.”

Dennie Harter

HACCP Coordinator, J.K. Paty Meat Company

To Whom it may concern,

“We currently use Smart Clean Plus in fogging applications:

Since late 2010 we have been using the Smart Clean for the above application, with great results.

Prasek’s Team feels this product has been a big asset to our business and would recommend others to put in their line of “food based cleaners.”
